TL;DR

Compensation: $50,201–$73,627 per year

What you will do

  • Execute end-to-end order fulfillment workflows, including license generation and credential delivery.
  • Manage customer lifecycle activities within TrustedCare, ensuring seamless onboarding and activation.
  • Validate customer and geographic eligibility to ensure compliance with U.S. export control regulations.
  • Provide ongoing support for access, provisioning, and platform-related inquiries.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify process gaps and implement automation improvements.
  • Own User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features and product releases.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Must be based in the U.S.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume operational tasks.
  • Experience working with enterprise business systems such as Salesforce or Oracle EBS.
  • Familiarity with SaaS or software delivery processes.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to operate independently.
