What you will do

• Assess account health and risk independently to build proactive intervention plans.
• Design and deliver executive business reviews focusing on compliance posture and regulatory risk.
• Own the full renewal cycle, including retention strategy, negotiation, and churn forecasting.
• Drive inbound expansion deals in collaboration with Account Executives.
• Manage complex escalations and hold internal teams accountable for resolution.
• Translate technical updates into actionable insights for client stakeholders.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of enterprise compliance technology and unified controls frameworks.
• Understanding of the financial services regulatory environment and global banking sectors.
• Experience in multi-stakeholder account management within regulated institutions.
• Proven track record in commercial lifecycle management for enterprise SaaS.
• Strong ability to manage escalations and operational accountability independently.
• Must be based in Milan for hybrid office attendance.
