Salary: $80,000 – $120,000 annually

What you will do

• Assist in the development of sanitary, vent, storm, process waste, lab gas, and domestic water systems.
• Design sprinkler systems including wet, dry, and pre-action configurations.
• Develop project documents including calculations, reports, construction drawings, and specifications.
• Coordinate with internal disciplines, vendors, clients, and contractors to ensure design scope is met.
• Perform construction assistance tasks such as submittal reviews, RFI responses, and site visits.
• Conduct code analysis and application for plumbing and fire protection disciplines.

Requirements

• 7+ years of design experience in a design firm setting.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is required.
• Experience in Life Sciences industry (Pharmaceutical, Biopharmaceutical, Cell & Gene Therapy) is preferred.
• Ability to travel as needed for client and project development.
• Knowledge of GMP manufacturing environments.
