Senior Technical Project Manager (Game Services)

Location: Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada; onsite four days per week

Salary: CAD 91,510–180,562 annual base pay, plus potential incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Manage multiple technical projects with limited guidance across internal teams, game development studios, and Demonware partners.
• Assess and manage scope, plans, budgets, quality, stakeholders, dependencies, and risks.
• Maintain project schedules, roadmaps, milestones, and deliverables while keeping teams on track.
• Build customer and partner relationships and translate technical information for diverse audiences.
• Represent engineering teams in high-level technical conversations and align stakeholders across organizational boundaries.
• Improve team processes, workflows, and operational efficiency through automation, tooling, and delivery best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years leading technical projects, programs, or product initiatives in game development, online services, or software environments.
• Experience working directly with game studios, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders on complex technical initiatives.
• Strong planning, organizational, delivery management, dependency, risk, and timeline management skills.
• Technical understanding sufficient to engage with engineering teams and technical leaders.
• Experience influencing outcomes across organizational boundaries without direct authority.
• Experience with Agile delivery practices and tools such as Jira and Confluence.

• Experience supporting commerce, platform, backend services, or live game environments.
