Enterprise Implementation Manager (AI)

Location: Vancouver, Canada; hybrid. Customer visits onsite may be required, with travel of up to 25%.

Salary: $110,000–$145,000 CAD base per year, plus variable bonus compensation and employee stock options.

What you will do

• Own enterprise implementation lifecycles from pre-sale requirements discovery through go-live.
• Build project plans, define scope and success criteria, align technical and business requirements, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Coordinate data connectivity, extraction pipelines, configuration, QA, and testing of implemented solutions.
• Train customer users, support adoption, and enable customers to use and extend the solution independently.
• Create repeatable implementation playbooks, training assets, workflows, and documentation.
• Capture customer feedback and partner with Product and Engineering to improve time-to-value and product direction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS implementation.
• Experience leading structured implementations for enterprise-level organizations and managing cross-functional projects.
• Strong communication, consulting, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation skills.
• Ability to simplify technical concepts for varied audiences and create personalized training and enablement materials.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations for configuration, training, and adoption efforts, estimated at 25%.
• Experience with AMS systems such as Applied Epic or Vertafore AMS360 is highly preferred.
