Project Manager (Transportation Major Projects)

Location: Hybrid, based out of the Burnaby office in British Columbia, Canada

Salary: CA$89,205–CA$138,700 annually, commensurate with experience

What you will do

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and support staff.
• Manage major transportation engineering projects for Owner’s Engineer and design teams.
• Direct staff and subconsultants while coordinating multidisciplinary resources.
• Develop project schedules, monitor budgets and progress, and anticipate project needs.
• Lead proposals and support business development and client relationship management.
• Oversee quantity management systems and the implementation of engineering design standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of related technical experience in transportation engineering or project management within a civil engineering environment.
• Exceptional project management, design, communication, and time management skills.
• Experience managing teams, delegating work, resolving conflicts, and coordinating several projects concurrently.
• Experience delivering presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) registration is preferred.
