Senior Technical Project Manager (Game Development)

Location: Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada; onsite four days per week. Work arrangements may change according to business needs.

Annual base pay: CAD 72,920–143,934, with potential incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Manage multiple technical projects across the Game Services Department with limited guidance.
• Assess and manage impacts on scope, plans, budgets, quality, stakeholders, and risks.
• Coordinate roadmaps, schedules, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and team priorities.
• Build relationships with game development studios, customers, internal partners, and cross-functional teams.
• Represent technical teams in high-level conversations and translate information for diverse audiences.
• Improve workflows and operational efficiency through automation, tooling, and delivery best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading technical projects, programs, or product initiatives in game development, online services, or software environments.
• Experience delivering complex technical initiatives with game studios, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong planning, organizational, delivery management, risk management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems, manage competing priorities, and influence outcomes without direct authority.
• Sufficient technical understanding to work credibly with engineering teams and technical leaders.
• Experience with Agile delivery practices and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
