TL;DR

Implementation Specialist (SaaS): Guiding new customers through initial account configurations and onboarding for a practice management suite with an accent on delivering world-class training and ensuring successful software adoption. Focus on project-managing implementation timelines, troubleshooting technical issues, and facilitating seamless hand-offs to account management teams.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to South Jordan, UT (Hybrid: In-office MWF)

What you will do

  • Guide new customers through initial account configurations and setup.
  • Provide world-class onboarding and training via calls, screen shares, and email.
  • Track customer progress and provide data-driven insights.
  • Proactively encourage software adoption during the first 30-60 days.
  • Facilitate smooth hand-offs to assigned Account Managers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful data and file migrations.

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of Implementation experience
  • 1-2+ years of SaaS industry experience
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week, 9-5pm, in-office on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, Hubspot, and Google Suite.

  • Advanced MS Excel skills.

  • Initial 20-minute phone call with the People Team.
  • 45-60 minute video or in-person interview with the Hiring Manager.
