What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of up to 60 active clients simultaneously from kickoff to website launch.
• Conduct 3–4 client Zoom calls daily to gather requirements and manage project expectations.
• Translate client vision into actionable tasks for internal fulfillment teams.
• Monitor project timelines and proactively resolve blockers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain high CSAT scores and drive quarterly Google Review targets.
• Document all client interactions and project progress within Salesforce.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in software implementation, media agencies, or creative client operations.
• Proven ability to coordinate client meetings and manage projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong empathy and a high standard for delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients with clarity.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Austin, TX.

• Familiarity with website platforms like Squarespace, Shopify, or WordPress.
