What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for support requests via email, chat, and phone/video calls.
  • Investigate and resolve issues using internal documentation, AI-assisted tools, and workflow automations.
  • Create and maintain written and video documentation and support resources.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to identify customer use-case solutions.
  • Gather and share customer feedback to drive ongoing product and process improvements.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in Customer Support or Service, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid in the Denver, Colorado office.
  • Basic understanding of APIs and webhooks.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work holidays and late shifts as needed.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of SSO concepts.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, or Java.
  • Experience with CRM or document management platforms.
