What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for support requests via email, chat, and phone/video calls.
- Investigate and resolve issues using internal documentation, AI-assisted tools, and workflow automations.
- Create and maintain written and video documentation and support resources.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to identify customer use-case solutions.
- Gather and share customer feedback to drive ongoing product and process improvements.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Customer Support or Service, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid in the Denver, Colorado office.
- Basic understanding of APIs and webhooks.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work holidays and late shifts as needed.
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of SSO concepts.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, or Java.
- Experience with CRM or document management platforms.
