What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of 45+ clients post-implementation to drive full product adoption and long-term success.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, proactively addressing issues and identifying growth opportunities.
- Conduct business reviews and provide expert product consultation to enhance customer capabilities.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Implementation teams to action customer feedback and improve the overall experience.
- Monitor account health metrics to prevent churn and drive net dollar retention.
- Provide mentorship and onboarding support to new and existing team members.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably in fintech.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and fintech industry.
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles; CPA or relevant accounting certification is preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage at all organizational levels.
- Highly organized with a proven ability to build value-driven client presentations.
- Must be able to work from the Plano office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
Nice to have
- Experience with ERP systems, Gainsight, Zendesk, Salesforce, or Jira.
- Previous project management experience.
- Part-qualified or qualified experience within an accounting practice.
