What you will do
- Provide white-glove onboarding and implementation support for new and renewing partners.
- Deliver engaging training webinars and guide customers to realize value from solutions quickly.
- Project manage implementations by tracking tasks against schedules and coordinating with internal teams.
- Monitor customer adoption metrics to identify churn risks and develop proactive retention plans.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, answering questions and guiding them through product usage.
- Collaborate with sales, support, and development teams to improve product offerings based on customer feedback.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- 2-4 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, or Implementation roles.
- Bachelor's degree in business, education, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience with products and services.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM solutions.
