What you will do
- Partner with the Payroll Sales team to execute go-to-market strategies and expand market share.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on global payroll services, compliance, and industry developments.
- Communicate value through tailored demonstrations, proposals, and presentations for executive audiences.
- Develop sales collateral, solution playbooks, and objection-handling tools.
- Translate client business needs into clear scopes of work for the implementation team.
- Provide market-driven feedback to product teams to align solutions with industry trends.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in payroll service models, compliance, and tax regulations.
- Proven ability to apply consultative techniques in a SaaS or tech-enabled service environment.
- Strong sales acumen with excellent storytelling and communication skills.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a distributed, fast-paced team.
- Technical aptitude to quickly learn and analyze software solutions.
Nice to have
- Professional certifications such as FPC, CPP, PHR, or SHRM-CP.
- Familiarity with competitive payroll products or PEO service models.
- Previous experience working in a environment.
