What you will do

• Partner with Account Managers to demonstrate new products and build business cases for expansion.
• Design and recommend architecture for ERP integrations, APIs, and HRIS connectors.
• Act as a technical advisor to guide configuration and system design decisions.
• Troubleshoot complex integration blockers across platforms like NetSuite, Sage Intacct, and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Influence product roadmaps by channeling customer feedback to Engineering and Product teams.
• Contribute to internal documentation and knowledge bases to scale support capabilities.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Technical Consulting, or Implementation in SaaS/Fintech.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, or business.
• Hands-on familiarity with ERP systems and finance/accounting workflows.
• Strong understanding of APIs, integration logic, and system architecture.
• Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value.
• Must be authorized to work in the US or Canada.
