What you will do
- Manage end-to-end HR and Payroll transformation projects, including operating model assessments and system implementations.
- Partner with clients to identify operational pain points and develop future-state roadmaps for efficiency and scalability.
- Design and lead workshops on workforce transformation strategy for stakeholder alignment and change management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure seamless integration of technology and processes.
- Lead and mentor project teams, providing guidance and fostering a culture of accountability and learning.
- Drive practice growth through proposal development, pricing strategies, and the creation of thought leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Business, HR, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in HR/Payroll transformation, consulting, or related roles.
- Proficiency in HCM platforms such as UKG, Dayforce, Workday, or SAP/SuccessFactors.
- Experience in selecting and implementing HCM platforms and designing HR operating models.
- Ability to present to C-Suite and senior executives and shape strategic conversations.
- Ability to travel as needed.
