What you will do
- Build deep, ongoing relationships with customers to understand their evolving business challenges and GTM strategies.
- Translate customer problems into clearly scoped internal projects, partnering with Product, Engineering, and Data teams.
- Act as the customer's strategic advocate internally to shape the product roadmap.
- Present recommendations to customer stakeholders, framing insights in terms of business outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to expand customer usage and deepen platform adoption.
- Collaborate with Account Management and Data teams to ensure continuity from launch through long-term engagement.
Requirements
- Must be based in Bulgaria, Czechia, Hungary, Poland, Romania, or Ukraine.
- 2+ years in management consulting, client advisory, or a strategic customer-facing role.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand complex GTM motions.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience presenting to senior leaders.
- Highly analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns and structure ambiguous problems.
- Ownership-first mindset with the ability to thrive in high-urgency, early-stage environments.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS, marketing, sales operations, or revenue analytics.
