What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Software Implementation Consultants through performance management and consistent feedback.
• Oversee consulting delivery performance, manage project risks, and handle customer escalations to ensure high satisfaction.
• Monitor operational performance using KPIs and OKRs, focusing on capacity planning and continuous improvement.
• Drive process enhancements and best practices to improve efficiency, scalability, and compliance.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to support product adoption and growth.
• Identify and operationalize AI-enabled opportunities within team workflows to reduce manual effort and cycle time.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Professional Services, Healthcare Technology, or Software Implementation.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience managing and developing teams.
• Demonstrated experience applying AI or automation tools to improve delivery efficiency.
• Strong project management, operational planning, and executive communication skills.

Nice to have

• Master's degree (MBA, MHA) or clinical background (nursing, pharmacy, etc.).
• Experience leading consulting teams within a SaaS healthcare technology company.
• PMP, Prosci, Lean, or Six Sigma certification.
• Experience supporting payer, provider, or value-based care solutions.
• Experience establishing AI governance practices.
