What you will do
- Own and close new business opportunities in the German market
- Build and manage pipeline with SDRs and marketing
- Run discovery, demos, and tailored solution presentations
- Engage senior stakeholders across sales, operations, and CX
- Hit and exceed ARR targets and maintain accurate forecasting
- Maintain CRM discipline in Salesforce and collaborate with Customer Success and Product
Requirements
- Experience in B2B SaaS sales with full-cycle ownership
- Proven track record of closing new business
- Structured and disciplined approach to pipeline management and forecasting
- Fluent German and English
- Ability to work in Munich under a hybrid schedule (3 days in office)
