Salary: $158,900 - $224,250

What you will do
- Lead impactful data projects and define the overarching vision for data analytics to align with strategic company goals.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to translate complex business problems into scalable analytical frameworks.
- Guide the team in executing A/B testing strategies, data modeling, and predictive analytics to inform decision-making.
- Architect and implement automation for analytical processes and self-service reporting to improve scalability.
- Supervise a team of Staff Engineers, Senior Data Analysts, and Capacity Planning Managers.
- Deliver compelling data-driven presentations to executive leadership to drive strategic organizational alignment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Lead Data Analyst, Lead Business Analyst, Product Data Analyst, or Data Scientist.
- Proven experience working with executive leadership to align analytics with strategic goals.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, Looker, Tableau, Amplitude, and Statistics.
- Experience with big data technologies including Redshift, S3, Databricks, Datalakes, and Spark.
- Must permanently reside in the United States full-time.
