What you will do

• Design, develop, and operate cloud-native services using microservices and distributed systems principles.
• Own the full software lifecycle of features, from design and implementation to deployment and production support.
• Drive engineering excellence through automated testing, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver end-to-end solutions spanning storage, networking, and cloud infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement long-term reliability and scalability improvements.
• Communicate technical concepts and design tradeoffs to stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience (or 0+ years for Master's degree holders).
• Proficiency in Python for test automation, validation frameworks, and CI/CD integration.
• Experience designing and operating microservices-based applications using Kubernetes and containers.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs and service-to-service integrations.
• Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and excellent communication skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with C/C++, React, TypeScript, or C#.
• Experience with observability, monitoring, and telemetry practices.
• Knowledge of building cloud-native distributed systems in Azure, AWS, or GCP.
