Director, Financial Planning & Analysis (Fintech/SaaS): Leading the FP&A function and serving as a senior finance business partner to Go-to-Market and functional leadership teams with an accent on P&L ownership, revenue forecasting, and SaaS metrics. Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Addison, TX (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office)

What you will do

• Serve as the primary senior finance partner to functional business unit leaders to drive financial accountability.
• Lead annual budget and monthly forecasting processes aligned with strategic goals.
• Own revenue and bookings forecasting across segments, partnering with sales leadership on driver-based models.
• Manage KPI reporting and articulate business drivers of financial results to senior leadership.
• Lead transformation initiatives including AI-enabled automation and standardization of reporting.
• Coach and develop a team of four FP&A professionals to build an insight-driven finance function.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship (no sponsorship available).
• Bachelor’s degree in finance (MBA preferred) or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of progressive FP&A experience with 6+ years in a leadership role.
• Deep understanding of SaaS revenue and expense drivers, including ARR, bookings, and customer economics.
• Proven experience with full P&L ownership and GTM frameworks.
• Proficiency with CRM and billing systems such as Salesforce and NetSuite.
