What you will do

• Lead the Game Systems product area, overseeing discovery, delivery, and continuous optimization.
• Shape product roadmaps and translate strategy into measurable business results.
• Own performance metrics, using data and player insights to guide product decisions.
• Partner with Creative and Tech leads to foster an effective, high-performing organization.
• Develop and coach Product and Data Science talent within the team.
• Champion rapid learning through experimentation and AI-enabled product development.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading product teams within live service games or digital consumer products.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into clear priorities and successful execution.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data and experimentation to drive decisions.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coaching and developing high-performing teams.
• Must be based in London.
