What you will do

• Build and own the product roadmap for a portfolio of extensions from ideation through launch and iteration.
• Transform user needs and business opportunities into engaging interactive products, games, and tools.
• Define product vision, target audience, MVP scope, and key success metrics.
• Lead cross-functional teams of engineers and designers throughout the complete product development lifecycle.
• Utilize product analytics and A/B tests to evaluate performance and improve user experience.
• Monitor adoption, engagement, and monetization metrics to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience delivering consumer-facing digital products.
• Proven ability to connect user needs and business goals with measurable outcomes.
• Experience transforming early-stage ideas into clear product concepts and executable roadmaps.
• Strong understanding of product metrics, user behavior, and experimentation.
• Must be willing to relocate to Cyprus.

Nice to have

• Experience in game development, interactive entertainment, social products, or live-streaming platforms.
• Experience working with ML/AI-enabled products.
• Background in creative production or product design.
