What you will do

• Lead high-level product and commercial strategy, prioritization, and roadmaps for multiple live and upcoming titles.
• Define product strategy frameworks, standards, and core KPIs for live service games to ensure consistent measurement.
• Partner with finance and forecasting teams to refine revenue models and ensure alignment with core KPIs.
• Manage, develop, and grow a small team of product management and live service design talent.
• Collaborate with European game studios and publishing partners (analytics, marketing, research) to launch and manage titles.
• Establish live service operating rhythms, including goal setting, performance reviews, and experimentation.

Requirements

• Strong experience in product management and live service design focused on feature development and live operations.
• Proven track record of delivering results within complex, matrixed game development or publishing organizations.
• Seasoned people leadership experience with the ability to inspire and manage high-skilled teams.
• Expertise in game economy, monetization modeling, and proficiency with analytical tools like Looker or Tableau.
• Diverse experience with various game genres and business models (F2P, paid, cosmetic economies).
• Deep understanding of industry trends, player motivations, and the competitive landscape.
