Salary: $190,500 – $344,700 (varies by location and currency).

What you will do

• Define and execute the roadmap for The Sims Marketplace to create a scalable ecosystem for players and creators.
• Shape platform capabilities and product investments to enhance creator success and player engagement.
• Establish key success metrics and use customer insights to optimize ecosystem health and business growth.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers.
• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Marketing to deliver high-impact experiences.
• Influence product strategy and business decisions through data-informed recommendations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Product Management, product strategy, or business planning.
• 6+ years of experience in the gaming industry with deep understanding of live services and player behaviors.
• 3+ years of experience leading two-sided marketplace ecosystems.
• Demonstrated experience leading the launch, growth, and lifecycle management of large-scale gaming products.
• Strong analytical acumen and experience leveraging data to inform strategic decisions.
• Must be able to work onsite 3 days per week in Kirkland, Redwood City, or Vancouver.
