Salary: $192,000 – $245,000 USD per Year

What you will do

• Own the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Hit It Rich Slots.
• Define and optimize core monetization strategy, including virtual currency, IAP, and economy design.
• Direct the Live Operations roadmap and event strategy to maximize engagement and revenue.
• Lead the execution of large-scale projects with interdisciplinary complexity.
• Establish analytics standards and validate product direction via consumer insights.
• Manage and mentor a product team, taking full ownership of business outcomes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management within game development.
• Ability to handle complex design challenges across multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience managing expectations and presenting to senior executives.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on mentorship, training, and feedback.
• BA/BS degree.
• Must be based in Austin, Bay Area, or Toronto.

Nice to have

• Experience with free-to-play mobile social casino games (slots, poker, bingo).
• Experience working with both live and pre-launch titles.
