What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of complex products spanning multiple feature areas within the Central Product Management team.
- Drive overall research strategy, promote core innovative game technology, and ensure data-driven product decisions based on customer empathy.
- Drive team strategy in collaboration with leadership and provide mentorship to Product Managers throughout the company.
- Coordinate Product Managers across multiple products, setting clear and measurable objectives and crafting project plans.
- Deliver product vision and strategy, monitor product progression, and partner with central publishing teams or game teams for initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management in consumer products, with a preference for consumer mobile or game development experience.
- Ability to build wireframes, product specifications, and white papers.
- Experience with managing dynamic applications and multivariate testing.
- Able to lead, motivate, and develop a team, including those who do not directly report to you.
- Exceptional data analysis and problem-solving skills; SQL querying abilities are a strong plus.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to present work to the executive team.
- A passion for games and creating fun and compelling user experiences.
- Outstanding written/oral, organizational, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to provide clear direction, set measurable goals, and give insight on industry and competitor trends.
