TL;DR

Executive Assistant (Finance): Providing high-level operational support to the CFO and Head of Talent & People with an accent on complex calendar management, travel logistics, and executive communication. Focus on acting as a force multiplier for the finance organization, managing board logistics, and driving cross-functional operational workflows.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from San Francisco (Hybrid)

Salary: $180,000 – $220,000 + Equity

What you will do

  • Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics for the CFO and Head of Talent & People.
  • Coordinate leadership meetings, board logistics, and investor communications.
  • Own operational processes to ensure the finance organization runs efficiently.
  • Identify and resolve friction points to keep executive priorities moving.
  • Serve as the connective tissue between finance, talent, and executive leadership.
  • Handle highly confidential information with discretion and professional judgment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience supporting VP-level or executive leaders, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and DocuSign.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Outstanding judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities.
