What you will do

• Conduct KYC due diligence on complex asset management entities and SPVs.
• Analyze transaction structures to identify risks related to AML, bribery, and financial crime.
• Review ownership and control structures to verify counterparty identities.
• Liaise with deal teams, legal counsel, and compliance professionals to gather necessary documentation.
• Collaborate with client legal teams to ensure transactions meet regulatory and internal policy requirements.

Requirements

• 1-2+ years of experience in a legal or compliance role, including internships.
• Strong understanding of legal administration, document review, and regulatory compliance.
• Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to analyze complex entity structures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify used).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with fund structures and offshore jurisdictions like Cayman or Luxembourg.
• Experience with KYC screening tools such as WorldCheck, Refinitiv, or RDC.
• ICA or ACAMS certification.
