Sr. Manager, Talent Business Partners (HR): Leading a team of field Talent Business Partners to deliver talent support and services across hirify.global Distribution Company with an accent on national talent strategy execution and regional operational goals. Focus on coaching TBP teams, optimizing talent processes, and partnering with business leaders to cultivate high-performance talent in distribution environments.

Location: Miami, United States. Open to all major metros in the Midwest or Southeast. Requires 50-60% travel.

Salary: $120,000 – $180,000 + cash incentives

What you will do

  • Lead and manage a team of field Talent Business Partners, fostering a high-performing culture through coaching and mentoring.
  • Collaborate with national Talent leadership to implement and execute the overarching Talent strategy.
  • Oversee the implementation of talent processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance regional efficiency.
  • Partner with business leaders to provide tailored talent solutions, workforce planning, and organizational development.
  • Advise on employee relations, conduct investigations, and ensure strict compliance with labor laws and EEO actions.
  • Liaise with Talent Centers of Excellence (Acquisition, Rewards, etc.) to ensure a cohesive integrated approach.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in HR business partnering across multiple disciplines (employee relations, compensation, compliance, etc.).
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven track record of leading and developing teams of HR professionals.
  • Experience working within a diverse, multi-site distribution or similar environment.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States (Citizen, Permanent Resident, or valid visa).
  • Willingness to travel 50-60% of the time.
