Salary: $100,200 – $148,320 per year

What you will do
- Act as the primary HRBP for MoCap, Research & Insights, and Global Services, focusing on org health and talent development.
- Lead labor relations for the unionized MoCap workforce, ensuring full compliance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).
- Coach managers on performance, team effectiveness, and employee engagement.
- Resolve grievances and employee relations matters in alignment with company policy and labor law.
- Execute key HR cycles, including compensation planning, performance feedback, and annual workforce planning.
- Collaborate with recruiters and HR COEs to refine staffing strategies and deliver seamless HR programs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of HR experience with a blend of HRBP and labor/employee relations.
- Experience supporting unionized populations and administering CBAs.
- Strong knowledge of applicable labor and employment law.
- Ability to build trust and resolve conflicts across all organizational levels.
- Willingness to travel regularly to Petaluma, CA.
Nice to have
- Gaming industry experience.
- Experience in shared services or matrixed organizations.
