Senior Manager, Talent Relations

Location: United States (remote candidates must reside in eligible states; preference for West Coast, especially Los Angeles area, or New York City)

Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 per year

What you will do

• Support and optimize a proprietary talent recommendation workflow to identify the right creators for upcoming advertiser, content, and live events opportunities.
• Source, pitch, and secure high-profile hosts and digital creators aligned with advertiser needs and premium branded content initiatives.
• Build and scale a new creator correspondent program to expand on-the-ground media presence and event coverage.
• Manage and maintain a creator roster/library, keeping data, metrics, and talent archetypes up to date for cross-functional pitching.
• Nurture and expand relationships with talent agencies, management firms, and independent digital creators, including attending industry meetups and events.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in talent management, talent relations, casting, or within a digital talent agency.
• Location: Open to eligible remote locations within the U.S., with preference for candidates based in California (Los Angeles area), a major West Coast city, or New York City.
• Proven track record booking and negotiating talent for branded content, digital series, advertising campaigns, or hosting roles.
• Existing industry network with talent managers, digital agents, publicists, and independent digital creators.
• Strong organization skills with experience managing talent databases/rosters or casting decks under tight deadlines.
• High EQ with strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with high-profile creators and corporate clients.
