What you will do
- Visit customers onsite to understand workflows, challenges, and priorities, and identify where AI and automation can deliver impact
- Build trusted relationships across accounts and act as a consistent point of contact
- Drive adoption of AI-powered solutions by coaching teams and embedding new workflows into day-to-day operations
- Identify and develop opportunities to expand usage across new teams, stakeholders, and use cases within each account
- Monitor account health and product utilisation, proactively engaging customers who need support or are at risk
- Maintain accurate Salesforce records (activity logs and next steps) and share customer insights and success stories
Requirements
- Proven track record in recruitment/staffing (highly desirable), sales (AE/BDR), account management, or a similar client-facing role
- Commercial mindset focused on growing accounts, identifying opportunities, and driving results
- Ability and willingness to spend time onsite with customers as a key part of the role (60–70% travel within the UK)
- Strong interest in AI and automation, with motivation to quickly build confidence in how these solutions create business value
- Organised and disciplined approach to managing accounts, pipeline, and follow-ups
