What you will do
- Conduct high-volume inbound and outbound calls to assist patients with enrollment and scheduling.
- Complete intake forms to collect demographic, eligibility, and clinical information.
- Schedule appointments based on provider availability and patient needs.
- Document all interactions accurately within the company EHR system.
- Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot scheduling and communication challenges.
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards at all times.
Requirements
- Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish (oral and written).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- 1–2 years of experience in a contact center, customer service, or patient access role.
- Ability to work 9:30am - 6pm PST.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Proficiency with computer applications such as CRM or EHR systems.
