Junior Patient Advocate (HealthTech)

Location: Remote positions available in Medellin, Colombia; Lima, Peru; Mexico; Argentina; or Ecuador. Working hours must align with US Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Central Time.

What you will do

• Enroll qualified patients in philanthropic and financial assistance programs.
• Submit claims, order medications, and manage post-enrollment activities.
• Review patient enrollments for accuracy and completeness.
• Escalate and appeal patient assistance denials.
• Coordinate medication receipt, logging, and timely delivery to designated pharmacies.
• Provide empathetic customer service and explain healthcare financial options to patients.

Requirements

• Hands-on healthcare experience is required.
• Experience in a high-performance, high-accountability environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong listening, written, and verbal communication skills in English.
• Computer proficiency, attention to detail, empathy, and emotional support skills.
• Must pass a background check, drug screen, and required medical clearance, including vaccination mandates.
