hirify.global is a staffing company operating globally, supporting a HealthTech client focused on simplifying patient access to medical care and financial aid programs.

What you will do

  • Enroll qualified patients in philanthropic aid programs and review enrollments for accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage post-enrollment work such as submitting claims and ordering medications.
  • Escalate and appeal patient assistance denials.
  • Order, receive, log, and coordinate timely medication deliveries to the designated pharmacy.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both patients and clients and explain financial options clearly.
  • Identify opportunities to improve patient-facing products and services.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience working in healthcare is a must.
  • Proven experience in a high-performance, high-accountability environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong listening and communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to provide emotional support and empathy.
  • Pass a standard background check and drug screen; complete medical clearance per health system requirements (including vaccination mandates).
  • Work schedule aligned to US Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Central Time.
