What you will do
- Enroll qualified patients in philanthropic aid programs and review enrollments for accuracy and completeness.
- Manage post-enrollment work such as submitting claims and ordering medications.
- Escalate and appeal patient assistance denials.
- Order, receive, log, and coordinate timely medication deliveries to the designated pharmacy.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both patients and clients and explain financial options clearly.
- Identify opportunities to improve patient-facing products and services.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience working in healthcare is a must.
- Proven experience in a high-performance, high-accountability environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong listening and communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to provide emotional support and empathy.
- Pass a standard background check and drug screen; complete medical clearance per health system requirements (including vaccination mandates).
- Work schedule aligned to US Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Central Time.
