What you will do
- Handle a high volume of primarily outbound calls to support patient therapy needs.
- Create and submit patient orders while maintaining accurate account records.
- Manage multiple software systems simultaneously to resolve order-related issues.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Meet daily performance goals for productivity, quality, and order accuracy.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- High school diploma and at least 1 year of customer service or sales experience.
- Hardwired Ethernet internet connection (cable or fiber) with minimum 30 Mbps download/20 Mbps upload.
- Ability to work a fixed full-time schedule between 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. CST.
- Must remain on camera with microphones unmuted during the 30-day training period.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.

- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish (eligible for additional pay differential).
