Location: Hybrid (Washington, DC) - On-site presence required 2–3 days per week. Candidates must reside in one of the 16 licensed US states.

Salary: $107,667 – $181,957

What you will do

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
• Coach team members, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile principles and Scrum practices.
• Identify and remove impediments affecting team progress, coordinating resolution across organizational boundaries.
• Manage Agile tooling environments (Jira, Confluence, Miro) to support transparency and planning.
• Track and report on Agile delivery metrics such as velocity, burndown, throughput, and cycle time.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and government stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and delivery objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or equivalent leadership role.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Demonstrated expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks.
• Must be based in one of the following US states: AL, CA, DE, DC, FL, GA, MD, NJ, NY, NC, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, or WV.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Miro, and GitHub.

Nice to have

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification.
• Experience supporting DevSecOps environments and CI/CD integration.
• Working knowledge of human-centered design principles.
