What you will do

• Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities aligned with Rail operations.
• Translate business needs into detailed epics, features, and user stories.
• Lead Agile delivery as Scrum Master, facilitating planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog to maximize business value.
• Manage cross-team dependencies and act as the single point of contact for Rail module delivery.
• Track and analyze sprint/release metrics such as velocity and burndown.

Requirements

• 10+ years of overall professional experience, with at least 5 years in Agile/Scrum roles.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Product Advisor.
• Strong expertise in backlog management, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment.
• Proficiency with Agile tools including JIRA and Azure DevOps.
• Domain expertise in Supply Chain Logistics, specifically Rail (shipment tracking, scheduling, asset utilization).
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly from Houston, USA.
