TL;DR

Scrum Master (Agile): Leading agile mobilization and facilitating scrum practices for custom teams with an accent on dependency management and team velocity. Focus on guiding Scrum Masters and Product Owners to remove barriers and establishing consistent agile success metrics.

Location: Hybrid (St. Louis, Missouri). Must be based in the US and eligible for W2 employment.

What you will do

• Define and manage mobilization programs and onboarding packages for custom agile teams.
• Facilitate inter-team dependencies to minimize and remove blockers.
• Guide teams toward self-organization, improving velocity and adherence to agile best practices.
• Support the PMO in enhancing processes, methodologies, tools, and automation.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage stakeholder expectations and define agile metrics.
• Utilize agile tools such as Jira, Rally, and ServiceNow to ensure maximum business value delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of experience in multiple agile roles.
• Required agile certification (CSP, PSM, PMI ACP, or equivalent).
• 5+ years of direct Scrum Master or agile team experience.
• Must be able to work on W-2 basis only (No C2C or 1099).
• Experience with large organizations or Fortune 500 companies is preferred.
