What you will do

• Support end-to-end project delivery for a strategic PAM initiative in the banking sector.
• Act as a deputy to the Lead Project Manager, providing day-to-day coordination and oversight.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and facilitate collaboration across Business and DevOps teams.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and support mitigation activities.
• Prepare executive-level reports and decision-making materials for senior management.
• Support change management initiatives and drive project communication.

Requirements

• Proven project management experience within large-scale IT or Banking environments.
• Strong executive stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Exposure to Privileged Access Management (PAM) initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and knowledge of CyberArk.
• Must be based in Poland to comply with the hybrid work model.
