What you will do

• Drive supplier quality and cost improvement initiatives using structured root cause analysis and sustainable corrective actions.
• Manage supplier onboarding, selection, and performance tracking to enhance global supply base capability.
• Conduct supplier audits and SSQA-based assessments to baseline performance and identify gaps.
• Implement and validate PQP tools such as PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, and MSA.
• Collaborate with Design and Manufacturing Engineering to improve specifications, manufacturability, and compliance.
• Manage supplier-related changes in materials or processes and execute risk mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience (or 3 years with a Master’s degree) supporting electro-mechanical components.
• Working knowledge of PPAP/AIAG quality tools (SPC, PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA, statistical analysis).
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally 25% to 50% of the time.
• Must be able to work on-site in Horsham, PA.

Nice to have

• Experience in the semiconductor, aerospace, automotive, or FDA-regulated industries.
• ASQ certifications (CQE, CMQ/OE, CSQP, CQA) or ISO Lead Auditor certification.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher.
