What you will do

• Lead new supplier qualification and approval activities, including validation and First Article Inspections (FAI).
• Develop and execute supplier audit programs and verify the effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Manage supplier change requests, deviations, concessions, and Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARs).
• Monitor incoming inspection data and supplier performance metrics to identify risks and drive improvement.
• Own supplier scorecards and communicate performance trends to stakeholders.
• Maintain all supplier quality documentation, certifications, and agreements within the QMS.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
• 2-4 years of experience in Supplier Quality or Quality Engineering within a regulated or ISO 9001 environment.
• Working knowledge of supplier auditing, root cause analysis, CAPA, and process validation.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Boulder, Colorado.

Nice to have

• ASQ Certified Supplier Quality Professional (CSQP) or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE).
