What you will do

• Own supplier quality performance from qualification through production.
• Lead supplier audits, source inspections, and First Article Inspection activities.
• Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and Key/Critical Characteristics.
• Drive root cause analysis and supplier development activities to improve performance.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and predictive metrics using Power BI to identify supplier risk.
• Support APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and process validation activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience supporting supplier quality or manufacturing quality in regulated environments.
• Working knowledge of AS9100 quality systems.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Must be a U.S. citizen due to government contract requirements (ITAR/EAR).

Nice to have

• AS9100 Lead Auditor certification.
• Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Experience with complex machining, electronics, composites, or energetic materials.
