What you will do

  • Conduct administrative and scripted clinical intake calls for clinical review.
  • Provide high-quality customer service to healthcare providers and administrative staff.
  • Collect and enter confidential information while ensuring the highest level of confidentiality.
  • Maintain rigorous documentation standards for all data entry functions.
  • Provide telephonic support to providers regarding the Clinical Review process.
  • Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA, URAC, and NCQA compliance standards.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 1 year of healthcare customer service experience in a call center environment.
  • Must have a hard-line internet connection (min 5 mbps upload / 25 mbps download).
  • Must possess a dedicated HIPAA compliant room for work.
  • Ability to adhere to a strict schedule and work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, Windows, and the ability to navigate multiple software applications on dual monitors.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in a fast-paced in-bound call center.
  • Knowledge of prior authorizations, patient care, or CPT codes.
