What you will do

  • Guide customers through the claims journey with empathy and professionalism.
  • Liaise with financial service providers and regulatory bodies like the Financial Ombudsman Service.
  • Review and assess key documents, including Final Response Letters and FOS outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records within the internal CRM system.
  • Manage time-sensitive tasks, including redress offers and final decisions.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders via phone, email, and post.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in claims or customer service roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and work proactively.
  • Must be based in or able to commute to Warrington, UK.
