TL;DR
Regional Coordinator - Intermediary (Sales/Financial Services): Supporting the intermediary distribution sales process by partnering with Senior Regional Directors to grow territory sales, manage client relationships, and advance the client journey through consultative sales on the Sales Desk. Focus on territory planning and CRM documentation, capital markets and product positioning conversations with Financial Advisors, and delivering presentations and follow-through across phone, video, and one-on-one interactions.
Location: Atlanta, GA
Salary: $65,000 to $70,000 USD annually plus monthly commissions and annual bonus opportunities

What you will do
- Collaborate with Senior Regional Directors to improve team effectiveness, maximize territory sales efforts, and achieve sales goals by growing existing and developing new clients.
- Manage time and territory activities including territory data assessment, segmentation, strategic planning, zone/rotation planning, prioritization, scheduling, follow-up, and CRM documentation.
- Anticipate Financial Advisor client needs through preparation, profiling, positioning, follow-through, and closing skills.
- Communicate effectively with Advisors via phone, video, one-on-one, and host group presentations; also support written and digital communication.
- Articulate Voya product and service processes, performance, and nuances; provide competitive analysis and lead in-depth discussions to position Voya appropriately.
- Participate in ongoing training across data & technology, communication, product knowledge, leadership, territory management, and client experience.
Requirements
- Must have at least a 4-year degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent relevant experience.
- 2–5 years of sales experience within the Financial Services industry (preferred).
- Strong working knowledge of popular sales software and Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
- FINRA Series 7 and 63/65 or 66 required; if not currently held, must pass within 90 days of hire.
