AVP, Field Sales Manager (Fintech)

Salary: $75,000 - $130,000 Annual

What you will do

• Drive application volume to meet or exceed credit goals and operational plans.
• Manage and maintain key external client relationships at store, market, and regional levels.
• Develop and implement in-store marketing and credit awareness programs.
• Audit signage and point-of-sale materials for compliance.
• Create and present program results and annual marketing plans to management.
• Support store openings and relocation events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience in Financial Services or Retail Store Management (or HS diploma with 5+ years).
• Minimum 3 years of field or outside sales experience.
• Minimum 2 years of Client Relationship Management (CRM) experience.
• Experience developing presentations and pitching to various management levels.
• Must reside in Chicago, IL.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required (no sponsorship provided).
