Systems Engineer – VeloCloud SD-WAN/SD-Branch (MSP/SP) (Networking)

What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical relationship owner for a designated book of MSP/SP accounts.
• Design and package differentiated SD-WAN and SD-Branch managed services built on Arista’s portfolio.
• Develop and deliver tailored technical enablement programs for GTM, operations, and NOC teams.
• Integrate VeloCloud SD-Branch into partner operational frameworks using REST APIs and orchestration capabilities.
• Lead solution architecture, RFx technical responses, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
• Provide structured product feedback to Arista Product Management and Engineering based on channel needs.

Requirements

• BS/CS/CE degree or equivalent technical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in WAN, networking, or cloud services, with focus on Service Provider or MSP environments.
• Proficiency in routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), WAN technologies, and SD-WAN.
• Experience in pre-sales activities, including technical presentations and solution design.
• Must be located anywhere in the USA.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Linux, hypervisors, and cloud computing tools for logs and metrics.
• Familiarity with automation frameworks and scripting (REST APIs, Python, Ansible).
• Understanding of Service Provider routing environments, including MPLS VPN and Segment Routing (SR).
• Experience co-developing managed service offerings.
• Network Industry Certifications.
