What you will do

• Develop and optimize VyOS features, ensuring maintainable and efficient implementations.
• Design and deploy Proof of Concept (PoC) scenarios and network infrastructures to meet project objectives.
• Diagnose and resolve complex network performance, security, and connectivity issues using advanced debugging tools.
• Conduct functional, performance, and regression testing, including interoperability tests with third-party systems.
• Build and manage automated test frameworks to enhance validation accuracy and efficiency.
• Create technical content, solution briefs, and a centralized knowledge base for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in networking, system administration, or network security.
• Strong expertise in networking protocols such as BGP, OSPF, VPNs, and firewalls.
• Proficiency in Python or Bash for automation and testing purposes.
• Hands-on experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, KVM, Hyper-V) and cloud networking (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Ability to perform root cause analysis using packet captures, system logs, and debugging outputs.
• English: C1 level (excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation).
