What you will do

• Manage and maintain core network monitoring systems and infrastructure.
• Perform full fault troubleshooting, problem isolation, and corrective actions.
• Provision and configure core network devices, including IP assignment, DNS, and NNI ports.
• Liaise with 3rd party suppliers to resolve service impacts and manage network changes.
• Maintain technical documentation and WIKI processes for the Network Operation Centre.
• Participate in a 24x7 call-out rotation for core network and service support.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Network Operation is required.
• Strong hands-on experience with Juniper, Cisco, and Adtran routing and switching devices.
• Deep knowledge of TCP/IP routing protocols including BGP, OSPF, and IPSec.
• Certification such as JNCIA or CCNA is required (JNCIP or CCNP preferred).
• Strong familiarity with Linux OS and network monitoring tools.
• Ability to work effectively within a global team with limited supervision.

Nice to have

• Experience with SD-WAN deployment.
• Experience with VOIP and VPN security protocols.
